How do I pay?
By DuitNow QR or online banking (FPX) after the job, once you've seen the after photos and confirmed it's done.
My aircond isn't cold. Do I need a gas top-up?
Not always. Gas doesn't get used up; low gas usually means a leak. We start with a diagnosis visit, show you the reading, and quote the repair before doing anything.
What if the job turns out bigger?
The technician stops, sends you a photo and the new price, and continues only if you agree. If you decline, you pay only for the original job.
